    We’ve just finished the translation of ep2 to *Engrish*.
    There”ll be a genuine English version after some time.

    BTW, The magazine which inserts 4th episode of “Ubunchu!” has been put on sale in Japan today.
    I’d like to release this episode under the CC license too, in the not so far future.

    우분투 한국 사용자 모임 세미나에 갔다가 세계 최초 학원 우분투 러브코미디 [우분츄!] 의 2화가 나온걸 뒤늦게 알게 되었습니다. 기본적으로는 원본의 내용을 충실히 전달하려고 노력했습니다만 아무래도 이번 화는 1화보다 의역이 많아졌습니다. 일단 한글로 번역했을때 말칸이 너무 많이 남아버리는 부분이 많아서 보기에 너무 어색하지 않도록 어순을 좀 수정하고 대사량을 늘린 것 외에도 5~8페이지 부분에선 직역이 너무 흐름을 끊는 경향이 있어 좀 부드럽게 …

    There was one thing that I wasn’t quite sure about while I was translating… Risa’s comment about the pipe connecting the top and bottom floor… was that a random comment which was solely based on the fact that “|” is a vertical line? or is she responding to Akane’s comment that the pipe doesn’t really get blocked, and implying that vertical arrangement makes it less likely for the pipe to get blocked?

    As for the Blambot Custom, I think it’s only a freeware font so not sure at the moment what its redistribution capacity is. But might keep you posted on that. ^__^

    Point of fact, it should probably be labeled “Español (MX)” to be specific. ^^

    For the Episode 02 translation, Doc set up a Google Docs spreadsheet for fully cooperative and dynamic translations:

    When Episode 03 is ready to translate, by all means feel free to pitch in. The spreadsheet is open to the public, and having your Asturian version there may help with future porting of the Ubunchu manga into a game or DEB file or something. ^__^

    And, for the “american” part, I’d prefer a mexican version than an european one. After all, there are much more spanish readers in the Americas than here in Europe
